30-Day Return Requests
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing service@fomeln.com. Include your order number, the rug name, and the reason for your request.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, rugs must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with original labels and packaging where supplied.
You may carefully unroll the rug on a clean, dry surface to inspect its appearance and dimensions. Avoid household use, footwear, furniture placement, spills, pet contact, or other handling that could mark or alter it.
Rugs showing stains, odors, pet hair, wear, cutting, or other alterations may not qualify for our voluntary return offer. These conditions do not restrict mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.
Return Instructions
Contact us before sending a rug back. We will review your request and provide the applicable return address and packing instructions.
Our published business address is not an authorized return address unless we specifically confirm it for your return.
Package the rug securely using the instructed method. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including an unsuitable size selected where the product information was accurate. Costs may vary with the packed rug’s size, weight, and return destination.
If a rug is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate resolution and cover necessary return shipping where a return is required.
Original delivery charges are not refunded for voluntary change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Rugs
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the full rug, affected area, label, and packaging where possible.
Keep the rug and packaging while we assess the issue. Contact us before washing, repairing, trimming, or otherwise altering the rug.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Contact us with your order number if you need help tracing an expected refund.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
