These terms apply to your use of fomeln.com and purchases made through this website. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Website Use
You must use this website lawfully and provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You must not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website operation, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Product Information
Review each listing for dimensions, shape, fiber composition, pile height, backing, construction, and care instructions before purchasing.
Measure your space and check door clearance, furniture placement, and walkways. For irregular rugs, confirm how the stated dimensions are measured if this is unclear.
Do not assume machine washability, slip resistance, outdoor suitability, fire performance, or compatibility with underfloor heating unless expressly confirmed for the specific product.
Furniture, rug pads, and styling props are not included unless the listing states otherwise. Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance.
Nothing in these descriptions removes your rights if a rug is defective or materially different from its description.
3. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment.
International orders may incur destination charges as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion fees.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.
4. Orders and Availability
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee stock availability or fulfillment.
If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs, payment cannot be processed, or an order raises suspected fraud concerns, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the affected order.
Payments collected for canceled items and associated charges that no longer apply will be refunded. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Available destinations, shipping charges, processing information, and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Corrections may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Email service@fomeln.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will check whether the request can be accommodated based on the order’s status.
A change or cancellation is only confirmed once we acknowledge it. If an order has shipped, refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Returns and Product Issues
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before sending an item back.
If a rug arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and supporting details. Conditions for voluntary returns do not restrict mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.
8. Placement and Care
Follow the supplied care label and product instructions. Place rugs on clean, dry, level floors and keep edges and corners flat. Do not place a rug where it obstructs a door or creates a trip hazard.
Where a rug pad is needed, choose one compatible with both the rug and the floor finish. Check floor and heating-system guidance before use where relevant.
Do not cut, bleach, machine wash, steam clean, or apply heat unless the specific care instructions permit it. Stop using a rug if damaged backing or curled edges make placement unsafe.
Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning, cutting, excessive heat, misuse, or improper storage may affect eligibility for a voluntary return. This does not exclude remedies for an underlying product defect under applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content belongs to Fomeln or the relevant rights holders. You may view it for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying, republication, or exploitation requires authorization unless permitted by law.
10. Privacy and Third-Party Services
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment and delivery providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices to their services.
Our use of third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities as the seller under applicable law.
11. Liability and Consumer Rights
Each party’s responsibility for losses is subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
