Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping Rates

For supported destinations, the following rates apply in US dollars (USD):

  • Orders from $0.00 to $44.99: Fast Shipping costs $5.99.
  • Orders of $45.00 or more: Free Shipping.

Available destinations, shipping options, and final shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates

Transit times depend on the destination and carrier service. Any estimate provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation begins after dispatch unless otherwise stated.

Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, public holidays, and address issues may affect delivery. “Fast Shipping” is the shipping option name and does not guarantee a particular arrival date.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

If tracking stops updating or a parcel appears delayed, email service@fomeln.com with your order number.

Delivery Address

Check your delivery address, postal code, and contact details before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed.

Address changes depend on the processing status and may not be possible after dispatch. A requested change is only confirmed once our support team acknowledges it.

Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. Unless checkout states that these charges are included or prepaid, they are payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check nearby safe locations, household members, and building reception, then contact us for assistance.

If a rug arrives damaged or incorrect, send your order number and clear photos of the rug and packaging. Retain the packaging while we investigate.

We will review delivery issues and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
